Shawn Parsons
Having spent a lifetime in Mount Uniacke, I have deeply rooted connections with the
community that I have grown to love. Raising a family here and engaging with the local
residents has given me a unique perspective and a strong desire to contribute positively to
our shared environment. My journey began with training as an electronics technician, and I
have accumulated a wealth of experience in customer service, ultimately managing Eddy's
Variety and the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation (NSLC) in our town. In 2012, I joined my wife
Rhonda in the real estate business, combining our skills to offer comprehensive support to
our clients.
My hands-on approach and versatility have been a cornerstone of my personal and
professional life. I am adept at vehicle repairs, woodworking—having built my own walnut
dining table and hutch—and have undertaken extensive house renovations, including two new
builds. These experiences have honed my problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
which I bring to every project I undertake. My background allows me to offer practical,
insightful advice to my clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
In my real estate practice, my primary goal is to provide a stress-free and enjoyable
experience for my clients, whether they are buying or selling properties. I leverage my
extensive knowledge and experience to listen attentively to their needs and offer valuable
insights without any pressure. By fostering a relaxed and open environment, I aim to be a
reliable sounding board for ideas and concerns, ensuring that every transaction is as smooth
and satisfying as possible. My commitment is to make the process of buying or selling a home
a positive and memorable journey for all involved.
