Amy is a lifelong resident of Halifax Regional Municipality, having been born and raised in Dartmouth proper, and is truly familiar with the region and all of its neighbourhoods. Her large extended family ties her to the area and a close relationship exists with her young niece and nephew who are always close by. Having completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Genetics, at Dalhousie University, Amy felt unfulfilled and realized that her longtime interest in home construction, design, décor, and the real estate industry was a calling for her future that could not be ignored. As an integral part of the Al Chiasson Home Selling Team Amy feels strongly that a team approach provides a great benefit to all of her clients, yet still maintains the personal connection that must be built within each and every client relationship. In everything she has done, Amy has always been known for her hard work and attention to detail and will always work with passion. Having purchased an older home in need of rejuvenation herself Amy has first hand knowledge and experience of the renovation process and enjoys spending her time doing many of the home improvement projects herself!
