I am available 24 hours a day. Whether it takes a day, month or a year, I will help you find the right home that fits your needs, I never push.

Although I get a special satisfaction from helping first time buyers and move-up buyers locate and purchase their dream homes, I thoroughly enjoy bringing a home to the market and marketing it in all mediums to ensure maximum exposure.

Out of town clients appreciate my tech savvy knowledge and I will use e-mail, text, photo, and video messaging to get the information you want and need. 

Whether working for the seller or the buyer, I am a fierce and skillful negotiator - a skill I have developed through a lifetime of self-employment. I maintain good relationships with all other professionals involved in a real estate transaction - a practice that leads to co-operation and trouble-free closings. 

I was born and raised in Newfoundland which I visit at least once a year.  I have been living in Halifax for 12 years now and love it more and more each day.   I live a healthy and active lifestyle.  I play hockey, volleyball, dodgeball and cross fit, and am an avid golfer.  I also enjoy playing and listening to music.
