Kelly was born in Medicine Hat, Alberta, and has since lived in several places across Canada, including Calgary, Scarborough, Markham, Don Mills, and Kitchener. Now residing in Nova Scotia, Kelly brings a wealth of experience, a diverse background, and a deep appreciation for life’s journey.

A passionate individual, Kelly enjoys a variety of hobbies, including playing cards and games, cycling, volleyball, and traveling. She is also an avid folk art painter, using her creative energy to express herself through vibrant and unique artwork.

Family is incredibly important to Kelly. She is the proud mother of three grown children—two daughters who live in Bedford and a son who resides in Wainwright, Alberta. Kelly also delights in the joy of being a nana to a granddaughter and grandson. Though she currently does not have any pets, Kelly is looking forward to welcoming a golden retriever into her home in the near future.
One of Kelly’s most memorable and inspiring life experiences occurred when she started cheerleading in her forties. It was at this time that she learned to do a back handspring (with the help of a spotter, of course). Kelly is a firm believer that you’re never too old to try something new—her life is a testament to embracing new challenges and making the most of every opportunity.

Kelly’s educational background includes an Honours Diploma in Interior Decorating from Seneca College, along with Staging Certificates from both ASP and CSP. She has built a career around her expertise in home staging, founding her own staging business in 2003. Over the years, Kelly has mentored new stagers in the Toronto area, earning the title of Mentor of the Year in 2006. In 2012, she added a real estate license to her credentials and worked across both Ontario and Nova Scotia between 2021 and 2023. As of 2024, Kelly is focusing her real estate career exclusively in Nova Scotia, serving clients in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) and the Valley, with the potential to work in other areas on referral.

A unique and heartwarming aspect of Kelly’s life is her multi-generational living arrangement. She is fortunate enough to have her daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren living above her, allowing them to share daily moments together. Kelly values the close-knit family life that this arrangement fosters, embracing the new trend of multi-generational homes with joy and gratitude.
Fluent in English, Kelly is known for her caring, thoughtful approach to life, whether she’s mentoring, working with clients, or spending time with family.
