Karen Sullivan
Lifelong resident of Greater Halifax, Karen has been helping people buy and sell residential real estate since 1998. Today she still enjoys seeing people transform their worlds, be it selling or buying a new home. Karen enjoys working with her clients, ensuring the desired results get met. She is down to earth, sincere & honest with 22 years experience and has won many awards along the way, Most memorable being 2001 as a recipient of the NSAR Bronze Award which represented the top 10 % of realtors, & turned out to be the last year for these awards.
Karen has a family and keeps busy outside of real estate with many sporting activities and can often be found at a rink or ball field. She loves the ocean, sand and sun our province offers, and the pretty winter days too !
Karen brings experience with new construction, working with Military & Corporate Transfers, and understands stress that can accompany these situations. She is calm and will work through any challenge to ensure a satisfactory purchase or sale.
