Phil began his commercial real estate career in 2009 after 8 years of humbling door-to-door direct marketing and sales experience, delivering in excess of 50,000 pitches to complete strangers building confidence and a can do attitude. He has a broad range of knowledge and experience and is accustomed to working with both large international companies such as Iron Mountain, Ackland’s Grainger and Mod-Space as well as the local grass roots small warehouse business owners and operators.
Phil is able to add value to the transaction by giving insight to the quirks and opportunities of our local Halifax market area. His business acumen, sales skills, thirst for applicable knowledge, and genuine desire to add value outside of the commercial real estate transaction all contribute to his unique personal approach.
